Virginia Marquez is a lifelong resident of San Bernardino and a proven leader with a record of service, accountability, and results.

She served two terms on the San Bernardino City Council, where she helped guide the city through one of its most difficult times, including the municipal bankruptcy, and played a key role in restoring financial stability and public trust.

Before entering public office, Virginia dedicated more than 30 years of her career to public safety as a California State Parole Agent, working to rehabilitate individuals and strengthen neighborhoods.

After her retirement from the City Council, she continued to serve the community as
a representative for a local County Supervisor connecting residents to essential programs and resources.Now, Virginia is once again answering the call to serve.

As the only woman in the race, she brings a balanced, community-centered perspective and the experience needed to restore accountability and effective leadership
to City Hall.
